What Next Move is not
Next Move is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, crisis support, or emergency support. It is not a substitute for professional help.
Do not rely on Next Move for decisions that need a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your area.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old to use Next Move. It is not directed at children.
Privacy
How your data is handled, including how saved check-ins are encrypted and how AI actions process selected text, is described in the privacy notice.
