Next Move is a guided reflection and decision tool. It helps you put what is on your mind into words, surface what matters, and leave with one deliberate next move.

Next Move is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, crisis support, or emergency support. It is not a substitute for professional help.

Do not rely on Next Move for decisions that need a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your area.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Next Move. It is not directed at children.

How your data is handled, including how saved check-ins are encrypted and how AI actions process selected text, is described in the privacy notice.

The Google Calendar integration is optional. Next Move acts on your behalf only when you explicitly click “Add to Google Calendar” and authorize the request with Google. It uses that authorization only to create the event you requested in your primary calendar.

Next Move does not list, fetch, or read your existing calendar events, check availability, add attendees or send invitations, update or delete events, or share event data with other third parties. Google's authorization screen may describe broader view-and-edit access because Google does not offer a create-only permission for events in a primary calendar. Next Move does not use those broader capabilities.

Google Calendar and its authorization service are provided by Google and are subject to Google's own terms, privacy policy, availability, and account controls. An event created through Next Move remains in your Google Calendar until you manage or delete it there. Deleting your Next Move account does not delete events from Google Calendar.
